Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are $200 for the initial evaluation session and $180 following the first session. Our office and providers participate as In Network for:

At this time, the office is an out of network provider for all other insurance companies. In order to determine eligibility, contact your insurance provider and inquire about "out-of-network benefits." Insurance companies typically reimburse at 50% to 80% based on your individual plan. You are responsible for the full fee at the time of service and you will be provided with a receipt of treatment that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursements. Should your insurance provider have any questions about service authorization, you can have them contact the office directly.  The methods of payment accepted are cash, checks and credit cards.
